What Standard Porta Potty Service Covers
Last updated: November 2026
These terms apply to standard portable toilet rentals from WA Toilet Pros in Coupeville, Washington. A standard rental includes the unit, delivery to an agreed accessible location, and pickup at the agreed time.
Any scheduled servicing during the rental must be included in the quote or confirmed separately. The customer is responsible for providing accurate placement details and keeping the unit accessible.
Standard service does not automatically include hand-wash stations, accessible units, restroom trailers, holding tanks, extra servicing, site preparation, permits, or placement in a public right-of-way. Ask us to confirm those items in writing before booking.
Customers arranging construction sites should follow OSHA 29 CFR 1926.51; workplace sanitation is addressed by OSHA 29 CFR 1910.141. Accessible facilities are subject to the 2010 ADA Standards.
Confirm portable restroom requirements with the local event permit authority, and obtain any required right-of-way permit before public placement. Waste must go to an approved treatment facility.
Requirements may involve Washington State Department of Labor and Industries, the Department of Ecology, Island County Public Health Department, or the Town of Coupeville.
Booking, Changes, and Cancellations
Appointments are scheduled after we confirm the service address, requested dates, placement details, access conditions, and rental scope. A booking is not confirmed until WA Toilet Pros accepts it and communicates the agreed schedule. Share site instructions, gate access, delivery restrictions, and any permit details before the scheduled service.
Contact us as soon as possible to cancel or request a change. Notice matters because delivery routes and equipment are planned around confirmed bookings; any applicable cancellation or rescheduling charges will be disclosed when you book or before a change is approved.
A request to change dates, location, number of units, servicing, or rental duration may affect availability and the quoted amount. We will explain any change and obtain your approval before proceeding with added work.
We cannot promise a requested change until we confirm it. Delays caused by inaccessible placement areas, unsafe site conditions, or other circumstances outside our control may require a revised service time. Please keep a copy of the confirmed schedule and any approved changes.
Quotes, Charges, and Payment
A quote is based on the details you provide, including location, rental dates, unit type and quantity, delivery access, and requested servicing. It describes the work and charges included at the time it is prepared.
If site conditions or your needs differ from those details, the final scope may need to change. We will explain the proposed change and seek your approval before performing added work.
Your booking confirmation or quote will state when payment is due and the payment methods available. Please review those terms before confirming service.
Charges may vary if you approve additional services, extend the rental, or request a change that affects delivery or pickup. No particular price or payment arrangement is promised by these general terms; the written quote and booking confirmation control for your order.
If a charge is unclear, contact WA Toilet Pros before approving a change or making payment. Keep the quote, confirmation, and receipts for your records. These terms do not replace any rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
Service Standards and Warranty Questions
WA Toilet Pros aims to deliver and pick up the rental unit according to the schedule and scope confirmed with you. These terms do not create a separate workmanship warranty, promise a fixed coverage period, or guarantee a particular result beyond the services agreed in your booking. Any specific warranty or service commitment applies only if it is provided to you in writing.
Please check the unit and placement after delivery and contact us promptly if you notice a problem with the service. We can review the concern and discuss an appropriate response based on the booking, the condition reported, and what work was performed.
Coverage or corrective work may not apply to damage, misuse, relocation, obstruction, or site conditions outside our control; the applicable result depends on the facts and any written commitment. Do not assume a repair, replacement, or refund is included unless we confirm it. Nothing in this section limits rights or remedies that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
Responsibility for Site Conditions and Losses
Customers must provide a safe, accessible placement area and tell us about known hazards, underground features, access limits, and relevant site rules. WA Toilet Pros is not responsible for pre-existing damage or conditions that were not caused by our work. If an issue arises, please notify us promptly so we can review the circumstances and the agreed service.
To the extent permitted by law, any liability arising from a service will be limited to the amount paid for the affected service. This limit does not apply where the law prohibits it, including liability that cannot legally be limited.
Customers remain responsible for permits and site compliance. OSHA 29 CFR 1926.51 covers construction sanitation, and OSHA 29 CFR 1910.141 addresses workplace sanitation; the 2010 ADA Standards cover accessible facilities.
Confirm event permit requirements and obtain any required right-of-way permit for public placement. Wastewater must be handled through an approved treatment facility.
Rules and responsibilities may involve the Town of Coupeville and applicable state or county agencies. Nothing here shifts a legal duty that belongs to another party.

If one provision cannot be enforced, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
Daniel Mercer
Service Expert at WA Toilet Pros
I started this company after years working around Coupeville and seeing how much a clean, well-placed toilet matters on a busy job site or at a community event. I learned to plan for Whidbey Island’s ferry schedules, rural access roads, and wet-season ground conditions so deliveries and service visits fit the site.
